At around five weeks before your insurance is due for renewal, we will email you with a renewal invitation and a link to your insurance policy details. You will be able to click that link, update your insurance details, pay for your insurance policy and receive immediate email confirmation that it has been renewed.
If you do not renew your insurance policy, we will send you a reminder email a few days before it is due to expire. The reminder email will contain a link to your insurance policy details. You will be able to click that link, update your insurance details, pay for your insurance policy and receive immediate email confirmation that it has been renewed.
If you have not renewed your insurance before it is due to expire, we will send you a final notice to inform you that your insurance has lapsed. If your insurance has lapsed, you will no longer be covered by your insurer through us. You can always get a fresh quote and buy a new insurance policy if you want to resume insurance cover through Insure Online.
You can cancel your insurance cover at any time by clicking on My Insurance at the top of our website. Any premiums you have already paid for the unused portion of your insurance will be refunded to you. We are obliged to refund any unused premiums to you within seven days of cancellation. We will refund premiums to your bank account.
